ADMISSIONS
Admission begins with a telephone intake and pre-certification, followed by an evaluation comprised of a clinical interview, physical exam, psychosocial assessment and chemical-use evaluation.
Once an evaluation is completed, our professional staff works with each patient to create an individualized treatment plan. This treatment plan is explained to the patient and may include specific recommendations. Recommendations may include partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, or outpatient therapy.
